Having a European background, cleanliness was instilled since Joanne was a young child. Her parents owned their own business and she got involved from her early teenage years.
Customer service was key to her parent’s business philosophy. The desire and ability to keep customers/clients happy has stayed with Joanne and has formed her way of thinking with Oxford's Maid Service!
Joanne worked as a bookkeeper until she decided to be a full time stay at home mom to raise (and clean up after) her children. She enjoys woodworking, biking, camping and board games
